Horsham Matters is a social enterprise that was set up by Horsham Churches Together in 2009. Our mission is to develop, commission and deliver services that enable the churches of Horsham District to offer practical support, demonstrating God’s love and concern for local residents – to show that Horsham matters.
Horsham Matters’ first venture is the Horsham Community Charity Centre in Guildford Road, Horsham, which accepts donated goods from local residents and offers them for sale at reasonable prices for anyone to purchase.
Horsham Matters seeks to use the money it raises from the Charity Centre to provide new services for local residents, particularly the more vulnerable members of the community. We have a number of plans which we hope to roll out over the next few months and we will also support other appropriate local initiatives by making grants and donations.
